The focus in this discipline is on understanding electronic networks and devices, electric magnetic fields, computer fundamentals, communication and control systems. Electronics and Communication Engineering uses the scientific knowledge of the behaviour and effects of electronics to develop components, devices, systems and equipment. It deals with recent trends in communication technology via wire/wireless networks, circuits designs & Microcontrollers.
The Electronics And Communication Engineering Programme was started in 2000 and the programme is Approval by the AICTE, New Delhi. Sx Faculties has been working in this Department.


To Promote excellence in the field of Electronics & Communication Engineering and allied areas through quality education and to provide valuable assets for industry and society.

The Department of Electronics and communication Engineering blossomed in the year 2005. The department blooms today with good academic results. The department has always strived to maintain its high standards. Apart from the theoretical course work, the department believes that the students should have sound knowledge in practical work. In view of the above, the department offers practical courses in embedded systems, VLSI design, Industrial electronics, PLC. These labs promise to pose new and challenging careers to the students in various reputed companies.
The students of the department always hold the name of the institution in good repute. The students and staff aim to participate in various projects that benefit society. The Department has a devoted team of faculty members who are well qualified, trained and experienced in the areas of VLSI, PLC, Embedded systems, Microcontroller and Wireless communications, and also in the related fields of DSP, Image processing, Global Positioning System and Defense communication and Security systems.
Students are motivated to participate in curricular and co-curricular activities within and outside the institution. The students are motivated to undergo in-plant training in various companies. Most of the students are placed in various renowned companies and some of them pursue higher studies, and a few of them are self-employed.
