CDTP

Overview

Community Polytechnic Scheme (CPS) under the control of Human Resource Development, Government of India, has been functioning since 1997.
It has been modified as COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT THROUGH POLYTECHNIC (CDTP) Scheme from 2009 onwards. There is no age limit and educational qualification for both men and women to join this course. It is established through Extension Centre’s all around Perambalur District and the training is give to the youth free of cost.
